By downloading, installing, or using Klipt ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Klipt is licensed software, not sold. Upon purchasing a license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on up to 3 devices tied to your purchase email.
Klipt offers a 3-day free trial. After that, AI-powered features (semantic search, collections, daily review, auto-tags) require a paid license — either an annual subscription ($19/year) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($49). Your data is never deleted regardless of license status.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Klipt within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@getklipt.com for a full refund.
Your license includes 1 year of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, the Software continues to work as-is. You may optionally renew for continued updates at a discounted rate.
Klipt stores all user data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your content on any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Klipt allows you to save content from third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Discord, Facebook, Telegram, Threads, X/Twitter). You are responsible for ensuring your use of clipped content complies with the respective platform's terms of service and applicable copyright law. Klipt is a personal archival tool — do not use it to republish or redistribute others' content without permission.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Klipt or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Software.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
